Why. What. How.

This page is for everybody. No jargon required. Compound IQ is a product of EON AI Ventures, on Enterprise Hub.

In one sentence: it is a night-time homework checker for factory jobs. It keeps the safe lessons, flags the dangerous ones, and never changes the official recipe unless a referee named Verdict says yes.

Why

Why this exists

Training happens once. Then it fades.

People take a class. They remember it for a while. Then they forget. The written book stays the same, even when the best workers have learned a safer way.

The gap gets thrown away.

A camera can see the difference between the written steps and what someone actually did. If we throw that difference away, tomorrow’s shift learns nothing.

Copying a dangerous shortcut can hurt someone.

Not every shortcut is smart. Some skip a safety step. Those must become a lesson and a warning — never the new official recipe.

What

What this product is

A night-time homework checker for factory jobs.

Compound IQ reads the homework after the shift: what the book said, and what the worker really did. It is a station of the Intelligence Flywheel. It does not sell alone.

Safe extras can improve the recipe.

If many people, on many shifts, add a safer extra step — and a referee named Verdict says yes — the official 3D twin can be updated. Tomorrow’s crew gets a sharper book.

Dangerous skips become teaching, not a new rule.

If people skip a hold point or leave a fire watch early, we send a short lesson and tap a supervisor. We do not write that into the twin.

Distillery teaches from public accidents.

When we do not yet have a customer “lesson learned,” we can still teach from lawful public incident reports. Notice or ask only. Never an operating instruction. Never a twin write.

How

How a night works

  1. 1

    Read

At night, we read Assess IQ records — the gap between the written procedure and what happened — from your own learning locker.

  2. 2

    Sort

We group the same kind of gap. Safe extra step, dangerous skip, or “not enough proof yet.” One person doing something once is not enough to change the book.

  3. 3

    Ask Verdict

Independent checkers try to prove the change is wrong. If they succeed, we stop. The AI does not get the last word on a step that could hurt someone.

  4. 4

    Write — or don’t

Only Compound IQ may write the twin, and only after Verdict passes. We keep versions so you can roll back. Houston cannot write Aberdeen’s book.

The one rule

Compound IQ is the only writer back into the twin. And only if Verdict passes.

Public accidents can teach. They cannot secretly rewrite the procedure. One site cannot write another site’s book. If you are unsure what a button on the overnight console does, come back here — this is the simple map.
